As @Ympker said, I have one of these. I got it around May 2023 for just under 500eur at the time. I'm mostly using it as a remote development box which it's been fine for. Only had to contact support once, which they were quick to respond.
The only "complaint" I have is that the iLO is very laggy when I've used it to change the OS previously compared to other hosts, but it's fine if I'm patient!
Not anything that impressive spec-wise, but it's a pretty good deal nearly two years later.

For the price, they work fine, but certainly nothing to write home about, and of course the point of the lifetime server is that the longer you use it the more value you get out of it. What's odd to me is that the LXC performs significantly better than the KVM despite having very similar hardware.

Agree. Although my LXC Finland has been down for 2 days now due to affected host system. That said, nothing crucial on it, so sitting it out. I also thought LXC performed better (and might get hw upgrades, where kvm won't).
Day 3 and Finland ist still unreachable. In the ZAP control panel I can't access it and it's marked as affected by an ongoing issue. That said Hetrixtool has been showing it "up" the whole time, it's just not reachable. Luckily, I'm only running non critical stuff on it.

My Finland LXC has been down for 2 weeks now lol. Support told me via ticket that moving LXC during downtime is not possible, albeit I should've probably clarified I'd be okay with data being wiped and just redployment on another hostnode to make use of the vps. There was nothing crucial on it, I couldn't launch in 15 mins anyway. That said, support agent told me that apparently the disks were close to failing and they shipped new disks there, but due to remote hands not responding that fast (in Germany they have own staff in DCs and are more flexible) everything's taking longer. Anyway, asked support again now if they can just redploy with data loss (in theory).
The dedis are looking good. If I get more VPS, I guess I'll opt for Germany with their own staff though :P
