Fair question. We use modern tooling, AI-assisted development included, the same way most teams do today. But nothing ships on trust. Every change goes through the same verification pipeline whoever (or whatever) wrote the first draft:
Automated test gate: the full Go suite (3,300+ tests across 100+ packages) plus a separate API contract suite has to pass before anything is merged.
Mutation testing on critical paths: we inject faults on purpose to prove the tests actually catch them, not just that they pass.
Static analysis and security scanning with Aikido and Corgea, plus secret scanning (gitleaks) on every commit.
