This would be the business location according to C1V website and company listings in Italy. It is hard to imagine that block having a basement with servers. Maybe the servers are at the top and connection drops whenever it rains.

Disregard the clothing on the balconies, these are not apartments as they seem, but actually these are specially crafted microfibre textiles used as filters in datacenter. Disregard the sport club too, that is actually used by hundreds of employees to relax after work in datacenter. Disregard the other blocks, as these are not populated with servers yet, even though filters are waiting to be used as one can easily notice.

You have to go down that "europaradise" sign and then at the right, there's a bar a gym and then a few garages and that's where the DC is.

I've taken pics and vids but got no hosting to put them on rn so just take my word for it i guess

You know, routine maintenance with 1.5h info in advance.
Also this routine maintenance is for specifically installing a new UPS to replace UPS2 and upgrading the electrical panel.

Do you think the AI knows what routine means?

In defense of C1V: the "upgrading electrical panel" and "installing new UPS" have happened so many times the last half year that you can say it's "routine".

In reply to the "routine" remark: it's also almost always so that if Luca/AI says "no downtime is expected" that you'll get downtime. That's also part of the routine.

The fun part is that my VPS wasn't down, just unreachable. So basically, when the cause is mismanagement, lack of knowledge, Tier 0 datacenter, mom using the hover, power - something critical in the infrastructure is not on redundant power... didn't expect that (sarcasm).

Ofcourse communication about this 1+ hour downtime is as professional and prompt as expected from a child with a garage as datacenter: non-existent.

The answer would be low performance advisory, so as long as uptime > 10%, it is according to the advisory.
