I do Lease to Own! It’s not actually what you mentioned @backtogeek - once 12 months hits, you can remove it or leave it, at just standard Colo rates. No bait and switch. So for longer term hardware investments, it can be really affordable over 2 + years. Plus incentive on our side to keep you happy and transition to a long term Colo client!

Somewhat case by case due to the different ranges of hardware and what direction you take (Enterprise Xeon, or we build Ryzen etc). But a Lenovo Enterprise Xeon config 2nd gen Scalable with 128gb ram and 4TB worth of SSD's is probably about $229/m x 12 months, then standard colo at $99/m after that.

Most expensive - world's your oyster, but I imagine a loaded Turin config is probably north of $2k/m
