Regarding the possibility to double the RAM, please send us a ticket and we'll handle it from there (most certainly by Monday) but yes, at this moment there is capacity on the server to do it.
Can you consider provideing "vanilla IPv4 NAT" (like how most other providers do)? It is still quite painful to have to deal with complete lack of IPv4 (not withstanding the NAT IPv6-IPv4 service that you provide for outbound connectivity).
It just makes life a LOT easier all around.
I'm also curious on why you don't do regular IPv4 NAT? Surely it's not cost (it's just one or a few IPv4s anyway and I suppose it will also reduce support headaches since people are used to it)? Your offers are otherwise great.
