    That's down to your mail client.

    @MichaelCee

    That's down to your mail client.

    So that’s like automatically creating an email alias when a mail is sent to a non-existent address, right ? And then replaying from that alias.

    Why?

    To the user who made a PayPal case saying I didn’t give a refund I'd agreed to (after I linked you the refund policy clearly), I will be disputing your case and using you as an example for anybody else who wants to try and make a fraudulent claim. Think wisely.

    The already razor thin / non-existent margins make it far from worth it when manual intervention and plan upgrades come into play

    @MichaelCee My account details have been sent to you via private message. Could you please look into it? Currently, I'm getting a login prompt saying "access denied," and my email isn't working either.

    Ooft.

    Is this really how you treat your customers? After finally setting up the email, you suddenly revoked my login access without warning, and didn’t even refund my money. You’re supposed to be a company, not a bunch of bandits, right?

  • @MichaelCee said:
    Ooft.

    I did initiate a dispute on PayPal before, mainly because I didn’t see any notice during the purchase that promotional products are non-refundable. Also, you didn’t send me the necessary configuration details in the welcome email, which made it impossible for me to use the product at first. Later, I managed to set it up myself after going through all the documentation, and I canceled the PayPal dispute. But then, right after I canceled it, you suspended my account and blocked my access to the product. Is this really how a proper company should operate?You can suspend my account, but shouldn’t you at least issue a refund? And if you’re not going to refund me, then shouldn’t I be allowed to continue using the product I paid for?

    So who is actually committing fraud here? I made the payment, and not only are you refusing to refund me, but you also deleted my account without any prior notice. You don’t see that as fraud, yet you accuse me of being fraudulent? Do you perhaps have a misunderstanding of what the word 'fraud' really means?

  • I think you'll find that opening a Paypal dispute because you can't be bothered to read documentation falls rather neatly into "fraud" - especially given that it means you've lied to Paypal during the process of opening said dispute.

    Regardless, opening disputes is an excellent way to get terminated with just about any provider. It's literally in the T&Cs that you agreed to when you made the purchase.

    You paid for the service, got access to it and opened a paypal dispute. That is technically "fraud". No use complaining if you are in the wrong...

    You can go ahead to engage a lawer to fight against @MichaelCee now. I'll go make popcorn.
