Did you ever get any response out of Vive? I'd kind of forgotten my idler there, but having just logged on and found this 4G machine now has a random amount of memory between 300M-500M, something is definitely up.

From my perspective it's a scam! Money down the drain with nothing to show for it.
[Edit] In fact logging in, the Ticket is still open and my "service" has been terminated.

I concur; I've just rebooted and I'm sat watching htop as my memory drops steadily from 3.5G; it's just about at 1G now, once it drops to 300M, init goes into permanent diskwait - I'm guessing they've massively oversold on memory and are desperately hoping nobody notices.
Guess the price that was too good to be true was... too good to be true!
I'm thankful that I didn't donate for the higher priced options!

Virmach had plenty of issues (although nearly all my VPSes survived) but he never had this weird memory crap going on.
