Sure but @gedo is a good guy I will check with him if he opent more then one account. I doubt it. Hes probably behind nat and have more then one customer at the provider on same ip. You cant ban based on coming from same ip.
He said he created new account to move it into beeing provider and remove his old one then.
Personally I think he is fine, all of this information is public on RIPE DB.
There is also gedo.se hosted on both of these asn's, so not hard to figure it all out.
