I’ve been a customer of No Ack Hosting for over two years now, and I can confidently say it’s been an outstanding experience. The support and uptime they provide are top-notch, making them a standout option in a market filled with unreliable providers.

My Experience
I’ve been using my VM primarily for BGP tunneling to my home network, allowing me to utilize my /24 IPv4 and /48 IPv6 subnets seamlessly. Even during their infrastructure migration, the downtime was minimal—just a brief interruption, which is impressive given the scale of such operations.

    Im not at all shady been doing hosting since 2006. Just recently started offering low-price services. Nothing shady with that. And LET and here seems to be a good place to do some ads.

    None of it. He runs his lao-dc in Laos. He is a customer and I took over his PA-Allocations when he didnt wanna stick around beeing a LIR but keeping the ip-numbers.
    And he has colo since many years back in one of my racks.
    Also a very good old friend of mine.

    One main man but as I have not had incidents for past years i dont think its worth employing people when everything is automated and money not enought to pay someone. But I do have multiple remote hands and backups for infrastructure with access in case im not around. But it has never been used. I work with linux network and automation past 6 years and actually been with network and linux admin works since 1996 when I started working for Sweden Telia company and all infra I do have is automated. I dont do anything manually. Why would I its not the way of infrastructure as code is built and used.
    Portal handles everything ontop of it so I just make sure backups works and check logs daily.

    Also my hosting has never been a main focus of income its been more develope my self and have some customers happy. Just now lately its been fun setting up new vps services and let other ppl enjoy things working good and cheap. I havent sold much from the websites as Im refered to directly from other companies to sell services.

    Ah Okey I see him with my family every year when we go from our house in thailand over to Laos for a week to spend time. So good old friend.

    I do have 10Gbit on Netnod Stockholm , 100Gbit on SONIX Stockholm , 10Gbit KEFF-IX in Stockholm.
    Ontop of our 3x40Gbit redundant connections on multiple locations and routers and a 10Gbit backup link in the datacenter to another provider that using AS1299.

    But I have a ring.nlnog.net node so https://lg.ring.nlnog.net/ can be used to show routing aswell.

    No offense and I know I probably come off as superficial here, but your website...holy shit.
    I could be very wrong here and it's probably just me, but I find it kind of hard to trust a company with a website that looks like some of the websites I coded by hand in vi in the early 90's.

    I know techies are not designers, but checkout https://aalayer.com/web-design-portfolio.php
    I'm not affiliated in anyway, have never even talked to the guy afaik, but I've seen a lot of providers around here use him and they all have nice websites now.

    It is hostbill cheap template. But I have a new website design finally on the way. And then use existing portal rewritten texts for just order/support/management for customers.

    Tomorrow I have announced service window where I will be updating portal server and move the domains to the new site. And after that I am ready. I will also this weekend install a new full rack colo customer. During that time I will also connect our 100G speedtest box so I can show capacity in a better way and also routing.

    Dont have any website for that company but I do have one for no ack hosting that is https://noackhosting.se that will tonight become order.noackhosting.se and url will be moved to the new webdesign that currently is active on https://no-ack.com.
