I wish to thank for your support and welcome those of you that joined the ship of HOST-C this year. ( especially the skeptical ones )
I am proud to say that we have more than 700 souls on board and over 900 services provisioned.
2025 will bring a ton of new features, so stay tuned. ( yes, it will bring some Ryzen ones too )
Since I am on the road for the next 5 days, I might not be able to post some crazy deals here, but as soon as I can, I will post some good stufff here.
@AuroraZero - I presume this thread will pass into January? if so, it would be awesome as we wish to post here ( with other providers ) the Xmas dealzzzz and the ones for New Years Eve.
PS: blame ChatGPT for the misspell in the picture, I tried for over 30 minutes to get a perfect one, this is the best I got.
Those of you that wish to do give-away with products bough from us, I will wave the Transfer fee for them, please do this via ticket, as my minion is partially online during the holidays.
Even you have one, might be a little weird one, but it is there
No he traded his for a VirMach VPS back in 2018.
I thought it was just IPv6ified.
Might be the lack of IPV9 also
Good point.
P.S. I hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip. Know that we're going to hold you to this. I'm still hoping to pick up something legendary xD. :P

Second, how about a free shell account on our wonderful LES Community Server sponsored by @Hosteroid? It's an E3 with 1 Gbps in Bucharest. It's running Debian 12. Right now it's set up for some filesystem experiments with ext3, btrfs, and xfs. I heard that zfs might be coming soon. There's extra, unused disk space too, so you probably could have whatever file system you want. .
Third, coming up might be shell accounts on an ancient Intel box running Debian sid at Nocix. The thing about this one is that it has a IPv4/29, so extra IPv4s are available. There's also an IPv6/64 from Nocix and an IPv6/48 from HE Tunnelbroker. There's no ad thread for this one yet.
These free accounts are meant mostly for well known LESbians whose identities are easily available, i.e., people like @Mason. So, if you want in, please PM me links to your website, Github, etc. And please let me know what you want to do on the server.
For this post, I asked Google Gemini, which I run via command line on eliben/gemini-cli, to try drawing an ascii art Christmas tree. Google Gemini said ascii art was hard. We worked on it a little; here's the result. Probably it can be further improved!
Happy Christmas, everyone! Thanks to LES, thanks to @Linveo, thanks to @Hosteroid, and thanks to all of you!

Awwww, my first fraud detection! Curious how this goes, and I definitely registered with my real info and from my home IP, so also not sure why it triggered. Dunno if Terabit has an account here so I may just have to see the old-fashioned way, lol.

I got the same when I ordered the 8-8-8 one, just open a ticket they were very quick

Ticket opened per suggestions! I always feel like I'm pestering providers when I open tickets, especially at low-end prices. I do know they are necessary sometimes and do submit them when needed, just feel like a pest.
But given my recent search for a Canadian provider in the under-$20 range, this is close enough, especially with those stats!
Here's the dealzzz: I'm giving away a one-year subscription to this:

8 GB DDR4 RAM

@FrankZ asked me to drop MetalVPS freebies in here!
There are two freebies going on now, and maybe a third coming up.
First, you maybe could get a free shell account on my super cool, super fast @Linveo VPS in Phoenix. It's running self compiled NetBSD-current. It has self-compiled X and self-compiled Wireshark.
