It depends on what type of website you're building. The SLA has been improved greatly in recent months (from 97.5% to 99.5%) but there are still reboots, maintenance or upgrades occasionally. And the performance is pretty low, though worth of the money. So if your expectation is low then you could have a try (I'm pretty happy with C1V), otherwise save your time.

What you're talking about is not SLA, it's uptime. An SLA is a Service Level Agreement, and with C1V you can't have an agreement because he doesn't promise really anything from his side, he's changing whatever is on offer without notice and lures you in with pretending he's a big guy in datacenter world while he's just using a garage with a few consumer grade PCs and ditto UPSes (if you're lucky). SLA is way to big word for this.

Yes, ChatGPT said my English is understandable to fluent English users, but sometimes can be strange or unnatural. So any correction or rewrite is welcomed and appreciated, even from starters, because there are huge amount of uncommon usages of common words that I haven't known. Maybe only visiting foreign countries for several months can partly solve it.

I mean I can learn from starters.
There are many basic, or very commonly used words like "wage" or "clock" that I recited in the first or second year since my English learning.
But I still can't understand their meaning immediately, especially in listening, like:
1. They waged a price war.
2. The yacht swayed in 40-knot winds, clocking speeds of 17 knots at times.
Some commonly used words have dozens of meanings in dictionary, some of which are unfamiliar to me. But other language learners may know them very well, whether starters or fluent speakers.
I can probably get a better score in an English test than most beginners, but I can still learn from those beginners, because it's undoubted they know something that I don't know, while I can judge myself when communicating.
Sometimes I know it's not about English or something, because knowing one more word or two obvious has little influence on my life, but this is my attitude towards life: Looking up the words I don't know when encountering them, even if I forget them tomorrow.
It seems everyone has their own special thing, to which they pay great attention or carefulness.
Well the vpn they provide isn't vpning, and the host I paid annually for ,disk writes are INCREDIBLY slow...I did separate tests, dd writes are minutes vs fraction of a second on my other vps providers.
@betanet : I think it much depends on your use case.
For hosting your webshop for your primary income, I think C1v would not yet be my first choice. Probably you would fork out per month what you pay per year on C1V. On the other end of the spectrum: if you are just dipping a toe in VPS for a hobby a few nights a week, without spending too much, it is an OK choice in my experience.
"You get what you pay for", with some bandwidth for 'good deals', 'bad deals' and 'too good to be true'. There are more offers that mention similar specs on LES, but C1v often is priced lower. The drawback is that this price has a balance 'somewhere'. I would not say scam, but if you get a VPS with 2 CPUs and actually see 2 CPUs in your VPS but performance is often 1/2 CPUs, that is one way to balance. Again: if you just like to find out how VPSs work, what you can do with it, do some networking: it is OK.
TL;DR: if price is your primary concern, you get a full IPv4 for the price of a NAT VPS with performance sometimes higher, sometimes lower.
