Mine got cancelled several days after signing up.
But in my case, I used example.jp that is reserved domain for examples so I think I gave them doubt.

What I mostly like in dewlance is their website style. It is completely unrelated to their logo, looks random and abandoned. But in the same time is simple and easy to navigate. Thank you dewlance for staying the same for entire 15 years of operation!

Most plans come with an upper limit in bandwidth. It would be akin to being pulled off the highway for driving too slow
