Guys, I would expect more orders from the LES community for this amazing deal.. Don't use the excuse that we don't accept PayPal, if you were really interested, you would have written to me anyway and a solution could have been found..

I believe I have said it multiple times already, but to me the issue is that with your terms and conditions you go out of your way to try to limit customers' rights. If you want more orders, then throw away your terms and conditions and start again from scratch, making sure that you have first familiarised yourself with customer rights in the EU, like Unfair contract terms and Guarantees and returns.

Brother, come on... it's not because of terms... you aren't really interested on the offer

I had even put in an order with you back in April/May, but nothing came out of it as you were trying to enforce your unfair payment and pricing policies at that time (by trying to add on an additional charge for paying by credit card after ordering the service - which I believe you might have stopped after that, at least - if only by not accepting PayPal/card payments now).

What’s the link between exitscam and order link?
order page contains deal specs and TOS, ordering by DM not much
and without such clear definition of deal spec and TOS, for customers it will be hard/impossible to prove that provided service is not compliant with offer (and PP/CC company will ask for)
so if one is planning a scam, then he would try to avoid any written specs/TOS on order page, claiming that he is in rush, have no time, and deal is so good that there is no time to think twice... we all here been there and already exercised that games with Romanian con artists
cmon, it is 2023, and times when to buy something you would call somewhere and leave money in envelope in hidden place are long gone... now you need to have order page, service specs, TOS and customers friendly (PROTECTED!!!) payment options
I wouldnt be surprised if no one gets their vps, the account goes quiet for a week and then they say how their account was hacked and this wasn't an offer from them. Adding a simple order link would help a lot with the trust issue... Although I still wouldnt be interested in it.

Deal specs and tos are written on the offer post, so this makes no sense. Moreover order is added to the website.. come on

dont use the excuse that we dont accept non Paypal, and offer Paypal
But curious though, why don't you just create the order in WHMCS and accept PayPal?
You do accept PayPal for your other services don't you?
Unless you don't have the server built for this yet and you're just trying to see how many people would jump on this before doing what you need to do to get things underway?

@c1vhosting
1. Many people complained about Paypal being a no-no - OK, I get it - but what about CC payments?
I believe there was at least one complaint regarding this as well, and I feel like complaining about this too ...
I don't feel like getting involved with any crypto just in order to get a server from you, and believe me, international bank transfer fees are a total ripoff (although AFAIK, you guys in the EU have it so much easier with SEPA) - in case Paypal does not float your boat for whatever reason, then perhaps could you consider adding Stripe or some other payment gateway allowing CC payments as well?
Can you please explain the logic behind this?
Special Price: €30,00/year VAT included
Based on how the folks at Hetzner are doing it, I assumed that the way things are for EU-based providers is that the VAT rate should be changed either at 0 or x up to xx%, depending on where you're based - yet, your VAT included price sounds like you indiscriminately add your Italian VAT rate of 22% to all orders - how come?
Sorry if I sound like a real cheapskate, but IMHO, in the low end world, every damn $/€/(insert your currency ) counts, and given the fact that my Hetzner invoices are VAT-free (since I'm based outside of the EU), I pretty much expected the same to be the case here as well... :'(
This pricing, always including VAT, is based on my request, as this provider always charges VAT for all b2c transactions no matter where the client resides. This was done so that clients from outside of the EU would not be surprised by having to pay VAT.

We have several different Bank Accounts in many countries so you probably won't pay fees or a small one.

It show in the drop downis 2.05 euro a year but the billing thing on the right says it's 30 euro a year.
That kind normal. 12 months billing cycle with 2.05 each month (+ VAT) = 30 euro.
