all the results show the inbound is about 500Mbps, and in many wget tests, the speed can reach above 200MB/s at the begin, but then quickly degraded to about 50~60MB/s

update: this issue only happens on IPv4, IPv6 is OK
update2: seems the YABS will trigger the inbound limitation, it will recover after about 30 minutes, and every time when run YABS, it will be another 30 minutes

Yes, I can confirm that as DC said the same thing, it is because of the always-on DDoS Protection.
