Yep. The Frankfurt server has about 7.5TB in NVMe and with full stock, we only have about 2TB allocated, so we have plenty to give.
Yeahhh, some people might not feel comfortable sharing that publicly, so you can share the VPS name instead.
Why not just order IDs/numbers?
They’re unique.

We don't display any order IDs yet on the dashboard.
Let's name all our VPS as "sisters".

reliable? @ehab @Mumbly
I don't have experience with this one... yet.
Hop on live chat and we can setup a short free trial if that interests you.
We've enabled the visibility of the server ID on the table. You can now send just the server id as there could be issues with IPs & names.
@lapua no services with them either ... i recall i used to love him but then he got upset and i was too.
he might give us a special 1 year discount for the 3 of us at 30€ and then we can love him again.
God, I don't know what's up with V6 there. Will look into it.
You can get 1 year for £32 with the 50% extra promotion on the home page. https://hostaris.com
dude!
"We're running a limited time launch offer. Deposit over £5 and we will add 50% extra free of charge to your Hostaris account balance! " - so its 32 pounds for one year

Thanks for running that for us, very useful for new clients
Sure.

@Hostaris are "422 Kbits/sec" useful? please check!
Yep, we are looking into this. In the meantime please use IPv4 for the majority of your bandwidth use.
is it possible to deactivate ip6?

The IPv6 issue seems to be with our upstream, we've contacted them and it is being looked into.
@Hostaris could you please help check the ticket-0082 ? I can't contact you on Discord, thanks :'(
Sorry about the wait, been unwell recently.
the DE IPv6 network seems still have issue, and the IPv4 also not so good as UK
hello there sirs i have 2 vps my ids are 88 and 110 kthx bai
We're aware of the IPv6 issue and are awaiting a response from our upstream. IPv4 isn't a network issue, it's just being saturated at some peak times - so we're looking at the options to increase the network capacity over there. We're also looking at peering to improve the network. By chance, if anyone has peering requests, please email [email protected].
Apologies for the wait, I have only just seen this. Both have been doubled -- you will need to reboot both VMs.
hey, is there some better price if i want to buy a lot?
Yeah - open a ticket in our Discord server, we’re currently not as active on live chat.
yabs update:
network speed is sensational... lame! @Hostaris
As you may know, there were issues in Frankfurt a while ago with our upstream. We implemented a temporary workaround with another company, which is why you are seeing speed issues.
We've had a quote from Combahton and Path, but both are currently out of our budget so we are trying to figure out the situation as we go really. We have a company in mind but they are currently out of stock.
We currently have dual upstreams, so once the switch has been decided we will be able to move our clients seamlessly with no downtime whatsoever.
I think I recall that you have a yearly plan, if you'd like some credit for the issues feel free to DM me and I'll sort it for you.
the network seems no any improvement so far, and even worse
you remember correctly.
check dm @Hostaris
anyway, is the uk network more stable and faster?
Yes, it is.
>
did you sort it for me? did you get my dm? @Hostaris
@ehab @Mumbly
I would have had better times here the finger on the trigger: https://lowendspirit.com/discussion/comment/137505/#Comment_137505
...maybe i would have done better with it, who knows.
As I said, the issue will be fixed soon. Please just bear with us - we're trying our best.
@Hostaris are you planning to compensate downtimes ?
@lapua sorry you missed that plan, in future give me your red telephone number.
Of course! We've offered 2 months free or 1 month free with a free upgrade to 7950X.
Once the issues are fixed we will be applying credit to all clients.
good to know ... sounds good . thanks
So much better than the DE one, even after changing the upstream.
