Listen guys the MaxMind thing happened to me as well. I opened a ticket and it was resolved quickly. Just be patient and DO NOT open a high priority ticket. Just a regular one is fine and they will handle it as quickly as they are able. Patience is the key here just relax and do not get excited for nothing.
