What on earth is your username? Did you just slam you head against the keyboard a few times? Or did you transpose your intended username and password?

    Hello,

It looks like you signed up twice, the first signup was using false details hence why the order failed, once an order has been marked as fraud it does require manual review. I have replied to both of the tickets that you raised with the steps to activate your account.

Also a bit of suggestions, give users option to use single time payments or recurring payment while using PayPal,

I had to cancel transaction on PayPal then I returned to the whcms and then I saw seperate option for PayPal check out and PayPal subscribe,

PS. Don't like automatically recurring payments because I forget about things

Tough, you must idle. Its the law.

These are now permanent deals although to keep them profitable a few things have changed:

    • They are now ran on our in house Micronode panel
    • Bandwidth is unlimited although upload is capped at 250Mbps
    • They are hosted in the UK on dedicated hardware on OVHs network
    • Support is best efforts - use LES for support unless your server is offline, tickets relating to configuration issues will be ignored.
    • All orders marked as fraud will be cancelled - make sure you use correct details.
    • The 128Mb packages are gone, 256mb and 512mb only.
    • No Proxy service

    256MB:
    https://clients.natvps.uk/index.php?rp=/store/micronode-vps/natvps-256m-uk

    512MB:
    https://clients.natvps.uk/index.php?rp=/store/micronode-vps/natvps-512m-uk

    Enjoy!

    I can't buy vps.
It's been over 24 hours since I submitted a ticket and it still hasn't been processed.
During the period, you just said that you should use real information and not use a proxy.
But I have clearly stated in the ticket that I do not use a proxy, and even my information has passed the debit verification of my credit card.
I have encountered these problems before buying spartan vps and gullo vps, but they passed my order after manual review. In natvps.us, no one has dealt with it for so long. No reply to the ticket Are you oneman seller? @natvps_uk

I can ensure you that the load is nowhere near 10 on the UK node. Also no downtime has been recorded on our monitor system, if you’re having issues with your VPS please open a ticket.

Your fraud score came back incredibly high, we replied to your ticket asking you for some extra details that you did not provide. We made it clear that orders marked as fraud will be cancelled, it is simply not a good use of our time to manually review the hundreds of fraudulent orders that we get per day for a service that costs less than £5 per year.
