Mobirise is a great tool and fun to build with. I just never could justify the 100$ price tag since I didn't need the extensions and it basically is just themes aside from that iirc. All the Blocks are available in free version and you can just byo.
I don't know much about alternatives to mobirise, I used them for a client site earlier when they were free / just launched. So thinking of buying..

As a backup for backups, idk. I see limited use for it these days. The most expensive ones are almost as expensive as the soyoustart servers but sys performs way better. If no additional IPs and somewhat limited DDoS-Protection is sufficient, both is worse than some Hetzner auction servers. Kimsufi has flash sales every now and then, for that price it's quite a deal imo.
