It works then
Rebooting from VNC got it booted but networking was not working . Another reboot from CP solved the networking issue

Very interesting, thanks! Umm I'm looking through old emails from HS and don't see how to VNC in or reach their solusvm assuming they have one. And their client area seems to have just crashed (I was clicking around it trying to find server management). Will try again later I guess.

First was VNC reboot , no networking then CP reboot . VPS back up but network is 50% slow as commented by all

not sure when exactly, but right now after logging into the customer panel, I noticed I got my dead server deleted from the panel and the whole amount refounded (ofc, not to my Paypal, but in HS credit)

edit: refounded on August 2 according to credit history, interestingly enough, the original order (a special offer posted here last year) is missing, just like the server itself
