not yet. reason told by @hosthatch within that topic was that they haven't announced their own IP space over there yet and they do not want to use external LGs from just the datacenter etc. as the peerings might be different from what the final setup will be.

I missed that part. Among newer locations I only saw Sydney (and Hong Kong)
and assumed- incorrectly it appears- that Milan and Madrid were also in that list.
