Where do you provide services?

Bare metal in 57 cities. Self-service VPS in 23 regions. The less common ones: Jakarta, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bogota, Lima, Santiago, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, Riyadh. Dubai, Tokyo, Seoul and Taipei are bare metal only.

What sort of services do you offer?

KVM VPS and bare metal servers, on our own network and our own hardware. We also sell IP transit and CDN, but those are not what I would be posting about here.

Are you a registered company or a sole trader?

Registered company.

Company registration number (if applicable)

3910587 (California Secretary of State, active since 23 May 2016). Zenlayer Inc. is incorporated in Delaware and registered in California as an out-of-state stock corporation, which is why that record shows two states. Searchable at https://bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov/search/business

What is your website?

https://cloud.zenlayer.com/console?lang=en

Tell us about your company, yourself and your services

Zenlayer, founded 2014, based in Los Angeles. We run our own network and our own hardware - AS62610, allocated by ARIN in July 2013 - with around 11,000 bare metal servers in service across 124 facilities.

I'm Franco. I've done channel and partner work there for eight years. Before that I was in marketing at an internet company.

I'd use the tag to post offers for the regions above, mainly Southeast Asia and Latin America. We are not the cheapest boxes on this forum and I won't pretend otherwise - what's less common about us is the locations, and that the network underneath is ours rather than rented.

Hardware owned or leased?

Owned.

IPv4 owned or leased?

Owned. 97 networks are directly allocated to Zenlayer Inc at ARIN (entity handle ZENLA-7), along with 7 ASNs including AS62610. Examples: 104.218.160.0/21, 107.150.96.0/19, 107.151.128.0/18.

Datacenter name and address?

Carrier-neutral facilities, 124 of them across 57 cities, so there isn't a single address. Equinix is among them - we were named Equinix Global Partner of the Year in 2024 and 2025. Happy to name the specific facility for whichever city matters to you.

Datacenter has fire extinguishers?

Yes.

Datacenter has two very scary guard dogs?

No dogs. Badge access, mantraps and cameras, which are considerably less fun.

Price for extra IPv4 address?

$3.00/month per address.

Price reduction for not needing any IPv4 address?

$3.00/month. IPv4 is a separate line item on the bill, so a box without one simply doesn't carry that charge.

Extra IPv6 allocation can be requested?

Yes. Extra IPv4 can be requested too - the address space is ours, directly allocated at ARIN rather than leased.

Billing panel licensed or nulled or custom?

Custom, in-house.

VPS control panel?

Custom, in-house. There is also a public API and SDK.

Custom ISO supported on KVM service?

Yes.

Hypervisor running vulnerable kernel to avoid reboots?

No.

Maximum allowable persistent CPU usage?

100%. vCPUs are dedicated - we don't sell shared or burst plans.

Blast the port allowed?

No.

Mail ports blocked?

Yes, blocked.

DMCA ignored?

No.

Customer ID verification needed?

Not for self-service sign-ups at cloud.zenlayer.com/console, which is the route I'd be pointing people to. It can apply on other routes.

Refund if customer refuses/fails KYC?

Yes.

Fee for service transfer between billing accounts?

We don't support transferring a service between billing accounts.

Many of the above questions are optional after the first 6 questions and might not apply to you but there may be something we did not ask that you want to add or say, feel free to add it here.

Still blank are the ones I can't answer accurately today - rDNS settings, IPv6 on-link vs routed and rDNS delegation, BGP/RPKI and IXP ports. I'd rather come back with the right answer than guess at them here. Ask and I'll go find out.

The dedicated server for the deployment area can be offered at a 40% discount, and the elastic computing power for all areas can be offered at a 30% discount. This is the bottom price
