[Transfer] ProHosting Rootserver Medium Epyc BF 4c/16G/200G

Time again for some consolidation - large box in Frankfurt, very rare chicken from an absolutely reliable provider ;-) since I got some KS LE-B, this is only idling away, so rather want to give into good hands.

Rootserver Epyc Genoa M BF
4x AMD EPYC 9554 Cores
16 GB DDR5 RAM
200 GB NVMe storage
1 IPv4 address
/64-IPv6 subnet
Fair Use Traffic 5TB @ 2 Gbps shared
3 Backup Slots

to be fair, am not fully sure about the traffic, but Nicolas is a great guy to talk about everything.

this was originally 4.95€ for 30 days. they follow a prepay model, where you can add credits and extend whenever feel ready. beginning of this year they had to increase prices, so it is 6.95€ recurring now.

this service is prepaid for till 17.11.2027 , so more than 13 months and based on the current pricing that is about 90€ worth. their recent sale on OGF puts a similar server even higher, at 6.95 you'll now get 12GB RAM only or so.

however, not really here to make a profit of it, so this can go for 70€ or $90
again, probably a very rare chance to get your hands on something like this, esp. with the amount of RAM ;-)

Paypal FF or SEPA wiretransfer

yeah, it's from roughly two years ago, when they entered the lowend arena. I have a hard time letting it go, because also the IPv4 is somewhat rememberable - but then again, I have far too many servers still, because each time such an offer comes up, I can't resist.

oh, btw, nested virt enabled, proxmox is humming along on it very nicely... AVX512 too , in a nested VM Gemma E2B give 90-95 t/s , E4B is about 55 t/s

    That's a hell of a deal.

And I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords.
