Hello everyone!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve made quite a few major and smaller updates to our websites, panel, and other parts of our services. Because of that, we thought it would be a great idea to create a dedicated thread where we can regularly share updates about NolimitCloud.

We want this to be a place for open discussion where we can answer your questions, hear your suggestions, and keep you up to date with everything happening behind the scenes.

Here are some of our most recent updates:
| Game Servers |

Since NolimitHost is our main website for Game Servers, the new design puts a much stronger focus on making it easier to find, configure, and purchase game servers.

We’ve now introduced pre-made packages for individual games, starting from €6 for lighter games, while heavier games start at higher prices. The Configurator is still available for users who want full control over their CPU, RAM, storage, and other resources.

We’ve introduced our new Storage VPS lineup, deployed in the Netherlands, with a focus on providing significantly more storage capacity. Pre-orders for our Storage VPS servers are now open and can be placed here:

Along with the new Storage VPS lineup, we’ve also redesigned our website to make it easier to navigate and find the services you’re looking for. You can check out the new website here:

That percent counter thing on the website is probably the most useless and annoying thing I've ever seen.
Someone not only thought this was a good idea, they actually made the effort of making a fake counter and implement it on every page load. That person should not be allowed near a computer ever again!

Man, people spend both time and money on making pages load as fast as possible, but here some numbnut actually puts in a lot of work to make it load slower.

Affiliate

• Affiliates can now create personalised discount codes. When a customer applies an affiliate's code, the affiliate automatically receives their commission, just like with affiliate links.
• Discount codes can give users 10% off their first payment, and affiliates can configure their own discount code.

Account Settings

• We have added email-based two-factor verification. When someone signs in from an unknown device or location, a verification code is required to complete the login.
• This feature can be disabled in your account settings, but we recommend keeping it enabled for additional security.
• You can now hold at most 10 active sessions. Signing in on an 11th device signs out the oldest one, so a forgotten or lost device does not stay signed in forever.
• Connected accounts are clearer: providers that are not configured now show Not available instead of a Connect button that cannot work, and unlinking a sign-in method is more reliable.

Services

• We have improved the design of the service management page, making it easier to navigate and manage your services.
• Supported services now show the provider's own server name under the product name.
• IPv6-only servers now show their IPv6 address, and the reinstall view offers an Enable IPv6 option for servers that were built without it.
• The Copy button in the credentials panel now works for every provider.

Loyalty Rewards

• We have introduced a new loyalty rewards system. Your rewards increase based on the monthly value of your active services, meaning the more you spend, the more you save.
• The rewards bar now starts at 20% for new accounts and shows a newly reached rank half full instead of resetting to empty. The exact amount to the next rank is unchanged.

Billing & Checkout

• The price shown in the service list and the extend modal now matches the amount actually charged, including category-inherited periods, loyalty/role discounts and coupons.
• A coupon now applies to one order, so multi-service checkouts are priced consistently.
• Rounding is now consistent to the cent, and an overridden period no longer shows a discount that is not charged.

Support

• The ticket form now shows a status-page notice. While an incident or maintenance window is live, creating a ticket asks you to check the status page first. The dialog shows the full status-page URL and unlocks Continue once you have opened it.
• Our support assistant now knows which service a ticket is about, so it can answer for the right product instead of asking which service you have.

Emails

• All transactional emails have a new, consistent design that matches the panel, with one header, footer and colour palette.
• Multiple services in one lifecycle event (for example, three services expiring the same night) now produce one email per customer instead of one per service.
• The email history list opens faster.
• The status page is now linked from the footer of every email.

Backend & Bug Fixes

We have also made numerous backend improvements and bug fixes. These include faster page loads across the dashboard, services, account, support and order pages, more accurate pricing and coupon handling. Since these changes generally do not have a major impact on visibility or usability, we are not listing them individually here.
