"100% Privacy • No Logs • No Tracking" -- then what is "cloudflareinsights.com" for?
Slow Servers VPSs hosted on OpenBSD's VMM on secondhand, low power hardware in Spokane, WA, USA. Routed /64 IPv6 allocations included, IPv4 $1/month extra.
For Anti DDOS and it will be temporary. The Cloudflare is not even on my main server.
How can you promise 100% Privacy, no logs, no tracking, when your website pulls in "cloudflareinsights.com?"

As I already said, Cloudflare isn't on my main server, my servers don't store any logs, and the Cloudflare setup is only temporary.
@slowservers You were right — Cloudflare Web Analytics (RUM) was auto-injected by Cloudflare's Automatic Setup, not something I added intentionally. I've now disabled it completely. You can check the source — the cloudflareinsights beacon is gone. Cloudflare stays only as anti-DDoS proxy, which doesn't inject any tracking script. Thanks for pointing it out.
Very nice! I honestly did not know that they did any injection at all. That is pretty scary.
I thought for a while they were trying to move in a zero trust direction with the TLS handshake on the backend side, but it seems they're going the opposite! Yet another reason to not use them.

Yeah, exactly — caught me off guard too. It's enabled by default with 'Automatic Setup', so a lot of people probably don't even realize it's running. Good reminder to audit what the edge is actually injecting. Thanks again for catching it — appreciate it.
