If I were you, H, except I would use tartar/tomato/hot sauce. If Mom is gullible, tell her to make curry, gravy, or other roux sauce.

I don't think you can buy any fish in this country for under 20€ / kilo. Otherwise I would walk home from the store with buckets of shrimps and salmon. But no mussel for me, you can have them all.
