Hey everyone,

Reaching out from DartNode to officially introduce ourselves to the LES community. We wanted to get involved here, hang out, and let everyone know what we're all about.

What We Do

DartNode focuses on hosting infrastructure built for pretty much all budget ranges. We run our own network infrastructure (AS399646) and offer a mix of:

• VPS Options: Flexible virtual servers for various workloads.
• VDS Slices: Dedicated slices of hardware giving you isolated cores and resources.
• Dedicated Servers: High-performance, bare-metal hardware.
• Colocation: Secure space, power, and network bandwidth for your own gear.

For some quick background, DartNode is backed by Snaju Development, a software development firm. Having that backing gives us a really solid engineering and development foundation to keep our infrastructure stable and properly supported.

A support ticket may take as long as 2 or 3 weeks to be answered :'(

There are five data centers on fire but only one Daniel.
Daniel works 14 hours a day and answers one ticket every 5 minutes.
Waiting 2~3 weeks for a ticket answer and resolution is completely normal.
Daniel's answers are much better than @FrankZ dba VirBot who only works 1 hour every 5 months.

Not every ticket is directly written by customers.
If you order a dedicated server, a ticket is generated automatically for Daniel to rack the said server.
Daniel can build and rack a dedicated server in 5 minutes.
Waiting 2~3 weeks for a dedicated server delivery is completely normal.
