    All your issues point to OpenDNS being in the wrong (I assume you mean console.webpillar.co.uk by "UK console") here, since I'm not running into this issue.

    kuroit.com, my.kuroit.com & console.webpillar.co.uk all point to 146.112.61.108 via OpenDNS (which is OpenDNS' "blocked" landing page). These domains all seem to work fine with any of the other big resolvers (Cloudflare, Quad9, Google), as they resolve to the correct addresses.

    Why? I am not sure. I checked OpenDNS' domain tagging page and PhishTank - both linked on this page: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987907-Using-Other-OpenDNS-Services
    The console domain is listed on the domain tagging page, but it just says "Not yet decided in any categories". Not sure what that means. The apex domain webpillar.co.uk also says the same.

    These days, I use Pi-hole and AdGuard on two Raspi, with OpenDNS for upstream, so this could well be the root cause.
    I managed to place the order above, when I temporarily added 8.8.8.8 to my laptop DNS resolvers (just to be sure of a connection.)

    None of mine in Ashburn have IPv6 available, at least not by default. Neither does LA. Dallas does though.

    Side note: Since there's been talk about HE not allowing tunnels to certain providers, I had no problem setting up tunnels recently to mine in Ashburn. :)

    Nop, IPv6 not supported in Ashburn yet. But Cosmic already working to support it.

    All your issues point to OpenDNS being in the wrong (I assume you mean console.webpillar.co.uk by "UK console") here, since I'm not running into this issue.

    kuroit.com, my.kuroit.com & console.webpillar.co.uk all point to 146.112.61.108 via OpenDNS (which is OpenDNS' "blocked" landing page). These domains all seem to work fine with any of the other big resolvers (Cloudflare, Quad9, Google), as they resolve to the correct addresses.

    Why? I am not sure. I checked OpenDNS' domain tagging page and PhishTank - both linked on this page: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987907-Using-Other-OpenDNS-Services
    The console domain is listed on the domain tagging page, but it just says "Not yet decided in any categories". Not sure what that means. The apex domain webpillar.co.uk also says the same.

    Can you please check now? if the issue is still there?
