Maybe not a top 5, just see it as a list of providers and my opinion.
Terrahost - Used to be a favorite. Awesome performance and stable as hell. Unfortunately, acquired by epik and it can only go downhill from here.
Hosthatch - Had some ipv6 stability issues a while ago but seems to be solved now. Other than that they've been rocksolid and good value for money.
Crunchbit - Haven't used them long but so far it's been flawless.
Servarica - Awesome storage, good support, it just works. Can not think of a single complaint here actually.
Hetzner or Contabo - Big and cheap. If you know exactly what you need and they sell it, go for it.
Racknerd - I know, there is history, but it's hard to deny that if you look at Racknerd as Racknerd only, they have delivered. Cheap, rock solid and awesome support.

That means work, I could roll the dice on the Providers that didn't had an outage in the last weeks if you want.
Sure, whatever works, it's all useful. At this point, all I know is the @Clouvider is da prem and @InceptionHosting is da bomb, everything else is a mystery to me.

I have to agree, not only did InceptionHosting honor the broken promo codes (I reported them after the order, it as fixed quickly, sad), which made it possible to buy the yearly deals monthly. The service actually has been solid.

As per title, tell me who your current top 5 providers are.
We run F4 networks - A network and hardware quality focused provider.
We might not be the cheapest around but we got you on quality and reliability with multiple 40g internet links to various internet providers, including ISPs and Internet Exchanges. Additionally only providing services on machines running Intel Scalable and Xeon V4 processors. We are expanding to Ryzens soon.
We also fully support BGP(for free), if you want to bring your own IPs.
