Yes, but it's impossible not to appreciate the upgrade from wood to metal. It's way more safer now.
EDIT: if he could set an airflow from basement to the rest of the house, while somehow cancelling the noise, he could use all the heat from our torrents to warm-up the house during winter. The trick is with establishing a circuit of that warm air while cancelling the noise. Something like this would be useful especially in European Union where energy price has skyrocket (Romania included). I do not work in constructions or architecture though.
EDIT2: it seems it's not in basement. My point became invalid.

I am going to run qbitorrent to telelgram bot which will use zip and unzip for 200+ gb files so while then the cpu usage would be 100% I know this from my previous vps experience its always 100% while unzip or zip function and is it ok for your host thet cpu is 100 % for 6 hours per day ?

Well... it kind of depends on how you look at it.
So far Servarica has a pretty nice offer. The good part is that it comes with a dedicated IPv4 (instead of NAT). The bad part is their datacenters are in Canada - not in a location which ignores DMCA.
