When do you finally let an idle machine go?
I have a machine that has not really earned its keep for months. It still runs, the renewal is not huge, and every time I think about cancelling I come up with a maybe one day use for it. Then another renewal comes round and it is still sitting there doing nothing much. I am curious where other people draw the line. Is it the renewal price, the moment you realise you have not logged in for months, or do you just keep it because rebuilding the setup later would be more hassle than paying? What actually made you cancel one, or decide to keep paying for one you knew was idle?

And I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords.
I let a machine go when I don't need it anymore and there's nothing of importance on it, there will always be another deal I can find. Worst case, I'd pay a little more, which I've come to terms with.

I'm not even kidding when I'm talking about my most stable old-timers.
