RackWorks LLC is a VPS hosting provider operating out of the 123NET data center in Detroit, MI. We offer KVM, LXC, and Windows RDP hosting on our own hardware, with a focus on reliable infrastructure and conservative resource allocation rather than overselling.

IPv4 owned or leased? Leased from our upstream while our own ASN and IPv4 allocation are pending with ARIN.

IPv6 on-link or routed? Routed. Currently using IPv6 space provided by our upstream. Each VPS receives a routed /64.

Datacenter name and address? 123NET facility, 24700 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI. Detroit-IX connected.

Datacenter has fire extinguishers? Yes.

Datacenter has two very scary guard dogs? No dogs, staffed carrier facility.

BGP session provided with automatic RPKI updates? In progress. Our ASN is AS402908. BGP and RPKI are being brought online as our own ARIN allocation is completed.

IXP ports availability? Not offered directly to customers.

Price for extra IPv4 address? $2/month.

Price reduction for not needing any IPv4 address? No.

Extra IPv6 allocation can be requested? Each VPS gets a /64 from our routed /48. Additional IPv6 can be provided where there's a legitimate need.

Billing panel licensed or nulled? In-house custom billing system. Nothing nulled.

VPS control panel? Custom in-house portal. We also have an Android app for VPS management.

Custom ISO supported on KVM service? Yes.

YABS report? Available on request.

Maximum allowable persistent CPU usage? No artificial CPU usage cap. Shared vCPU plans use shared CPU resources, while Dedicated Core VPS plans have pinned CPU cores.

Blast the port allowed? Normal sustained use within the purchased bandwidth allocation. No stress testing, attacks, or other network abuse.

Mail ports blocked? No.

DMCA ignored? No. Torrents and illegal content aren't allowed.

Customer ID verification needed? Not normally. Additional verification may be requested for fraud or payment/security concerns.

Fee for service transfer between billing accounts? No fee.
