Looks like the OCPU/hours and GB/hours allowance are still half what was before, so PAYG would be a bait if wanting to run full allocation allowance more than 15 days.

(Quote) they changed the docs already, and there are more threads than this one that asked confirmation on support too; the date specifics are not clear... but I would not rule this out because... this is Oracle vs free tier user. You think they wo…

GLWS, looks like a good offer that made me want that 2TB. I myself will wait for that custom iso, (if you clarify that is really recurring) and, for @yoursunny be happy, what ipv6 is available (/128? /56?). And good reviews from @ehab with yabs :)

(Quote) I wait for the $7/y/TB. Nah, ok, will buy 2TB at $14/y/TB. Spinning rust? oh yeaahhhh just put raidz-360 or something like that.
-
(Quote) Yes think that raid60 vps is enough for my little rclone buckets and restic backup, stable/fast and no maintenance but no multiple availability. If I would go bigger/safer than that I would go S4 instead of taking multi node admin overhead.

(Quote) oh no, already losing millions in anticipation of my v6 gw changing!

(Quote) I participated of the beta testing of S4 and it worked very good, after the first versions: Speedy, no data loss :D -- the pricing was very decent for the features (like the multiple endpoints and vpn). Not currently using them though, beca…
