Also (I believe) note that you can transfer .SE domain for free between providers so if you are not happy with one you can switch easily.

Typical recommendation: Loopia, Egensajt, Inleed. There are a morbillion of other providers that are less than $30-35. Not sure about IBAN transfer though, maybe you could try contacting pre-sale / support directly.

You are SOL if you are using a debit card. And I don't know how Vietnamese banks work but I doubt that they offer chargeback, even when you are using a credit card. If they are a scam like @TheDP said then I would be worried about your payment…

I see your point about the CPU - Storage tradeoff. Not entirely sure about the issue with synchronized streaming part yet but I'll experiment and see how it goes. Thanks!
