(Quote) I have a few VMs in Amsterdam. It has been a good location as far as I am concerned.
-
(Quote) Thank you, thank you, thank you, but you won it, so you should use it.

Looking pretty darn good to me. (Image)

(Quote) I knew I would disappoint some by making this adjustment. It's a tough job but someone has to do it. :sunglasses:

(Quote) I may be going out on a limb here but I have edited the 1TB vSwap to show 1GB as I expect that @hostsailor does not really want to give folks 1TB drive space to allow for this in a $6/yr VM. P.S. Great offer :+1:

@Aitilos @alamdarzia please DM @caasify your VPN ID. (Quote)

(Quote) Latency has dropped dramatically. Packet loss is virtually non existent. Bandwidth is also better. I'd say that this is a big win. Thank you VirMach :+1: (Image)

(Quote) You knew this was going to happen didn't you ? It almost seems like we plan these things doesn't it ? [Note: Not disappearing, just scarce]
-
I have some old friends visiting from outside the country, so I will be more scarce around here for the next 10 days while I entertain and enjoy their company. So if DM's are unusually slow in being answered this is the reason. [ I'm not…

0PERCENTOFF code seems to be expired now.

(Quote) Yes, I always like that location's network. Worked real well for me.
-
(Quote) I was fast, but not that fast. Lost it in the cart. There were probably only a few of them available.

Come on VirBot. Mama needs a new pair of shoes. EDIT: rolls snake eyes.
-
(Quote) Maybe after the Tokyo goes away. [fingers crossed]
-
(Quote) VirMach mentioned earlier that he had 20 nodes in San Jose and had no plans to decommission that location.
-
(Quote) I have a $8.84/yr 1/2GB/35GB/5TB in Miami that I really like so $6.50 would pay off in 3 years. [I just renewed it] I think I will keep paying VirMach the $8.84/yr instead of the $6.50 to keep him from deadpooling. You guys can thank me lat…

@VirMach don't kill that coupon code yet. I'm still looking to buy another one.
-
Lets take it down a notch. We are all friends here. @mockingbird the takeaway from my point of view is don't buy from new providers on LET unless you want to be disappointed.
-
(Quote) New VirMach location. /j Not updated geolocation I expect. The IPs are leased. This was probably their last location.

(Quote) Double checked and you were right. Still had time, so I tried again. (Quote) Which made me feel better knowing WHMCS was not out to get me. Then the price went up.
-
(Quote) No sweat, I'm pretty sure there will be a better one I can get later. [gives finger to WHMCS]
-
(Quote) Damn you WHMCS.
-
(Quote) I'm sure he will take care of it. Stating node numbers should help narrow down where the issue is. My Miami on Node MIAZ011 is fine by the way EDIT: This is from my Chicago CHIZ036 status page [ 7 days and 2 days]: High ping to 8.8.8…
-
(Quote) I was wondering if that was just me. Are you by chance on CHIZ036 ?
-
Still beats the hell out of closing Tokyo all together, or deadpooling. Business is business and this action regarding Tokyo appears to have been a business decision, nothing more.
-
Ok just one more good one VirBot. Give it to me.

(Quote) OP is opting for prorated refund. Glad LES could be of service. Time to merge.
-
@Wonder_Woman @Crab @Kris Good to see I am not the only one who likes these.
-
(Quote) I purchased two of these recently and they are both already in use. It's that 300GB NVMe with 4 IPv4 in Chicago and the monster in Amsterdam that is just sitting idle right now. I guess if I'm not idling something it would just m…

Is it just me that really like these 2 IP VMs for under $10. Jump boxes, VPNs, mesh connections to other VMs in the area that run multiple services, just so many uses. (Quote)
-
(Quote) There is an open Complaint thread in the general category. If you prefer I can merge this into that thread so it is not in "Rants".
-
(Quote) Title changed from: (Quote) to (Quote)
-
This is member's first post to LES and has been moved to the "Rants" section as OP admits to having multiple accounts in violation of VirMach TOS and not responding to email notifications prior to the migration. OP was also offered re…

(Quote) This is the way I remember it as well.

(Quote) Storage servers are RAID 10, but I don't think the Specials are. I have been know to dispel misinformation at times. If this is the case I expect VirMach will provide a correction.
-
(Quote) Well if you asked me, I would tell you no, but I understand you're asking VirMach so I'll stay out of it.

(Quote) DOS 3.1

(Quote) I agree that with some modifications it will run. I have a 222MB VirMach VM that runs fine. Debian has a how to reduce the memory footprint outline here for anyone that bought one of those tiny VMs My fav is (Quote)
