Are you sure that it's Atman? Afaik Atman doesn't sell any Ryzen cpu's (Only EPYC ones). I'm more that sure you are using Skynode.eu for your dedicated servers.

We have been using skynode services for a long time now and much of our infrastructure is in colocation with them (we have been doing b2b services for a long time now only recently in b2c). Before opening their new DC in Wyszkow in July they were using Atman DC2. Also as far as I am aware all network from Wyszkow goes via Atman DC2

An average of 35% would be a good rule of thumb. Although we like to be flexible and unless it is causing issues for other customers we wouldn't suspend you for cpu usage.
Ipv6 is now available on all plans. You will get a /112 or /96.
Please add more payment method so I can grab a few.
All the /112 ranges have now sold out so all future vps deployments will be with a /96.

The issue was people would subscribe for a few months cancel then try and paypal dispute all previous transactions. (Not all customers obviously but the minority ruin it for everyone else).
